Anglin' Andy from Dr Digi's House of Stamps

Personally I don't understand the pastime but I must confess, I like the results of fishing expeditions in batter with some lovely hot chips. Not sure what Anglin' Andy has planned for his trout, something far fancier I hope! Mind you a good few fishermen's plans for their catch tend to be limited to handing over said catch to the missus, but they did the hard work of sitting around all day waiting for the fish to bite!

You can find Anglin' Andy HERE, you can also find his river background HERE, hope you all have a great weekend

I♥ProMarkers Challenge 253

What a damp Wednesday it is setting out to be here, many parts of the north west have snow but we have rain, freezing cold rain. My poorly car is going to the garage to be fixed today because someone decided to rearrange its bumper last week, I was indoors at the time crafting and listening to music and still heard the huge bang! At least I'll get a hire car but it's more F for Fiesta than F for Ferrari!

Onto a new challenge at I♥ProMarkers, this week we want to see your Men At Work, we are being  sponsored by The Paper Shelter, purveyors of the most fantastic digital stamps! They are offering a whopping $15 gift certificate to the winner of the challenge.

Here's my card using Trattoria Chef:

Mood Music and a Jukebox from Dr Digi's House of Stamps

I love music, many kinds of music, but I have a special fondness for music that includes a saxophone, always spine tingle inducing. Here's Daisy and her dawg playing along to the Jukebox, is it a bit of Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty, Madness with One Step Beyond, Spandau Ballet and True or Careless Whisper by George Michael? Or has the Jukebox's music stopped for a minute and she's simply serenading someone!

You can find Mood Music HERE and Jukebox HERE, if you buy them together you will save 50p making them a complete bargain for £2.50.

I♥ProMarkers Challenge 252- Hobbies

Good morning, a lot of the UK has snow or will have snow so we have clear blue sky and one heck of a frost, one of those days where you want to go for a brisk walk or stay inside and craft, I'll opt for the latter as I will be back on the market this Saturday and need some stock!

This week at I♥ProMarkers the theme is Hobbies and we are being sponsored by the lovely Just Inklined who are offering 3 digi images as a prize.

Here's my card using Draw Shot Denis from Just Inklined:

Door Mouse from Dr Digi's House of Stamps

It feels a long time since I have a coloured a fabulotastic Dr Digi image, my own fault as my desk was buried over Christmas with stuff that needed sorting, not new stuff sadly, just general clutter that has built up in my craft room since the last time it was sorted. I really like the blue and yellow combo at the moment ( can you tell given my previous card) so Mr Door Mouse's teapot had to be coloured that way, not sure that the Mr Door Mouse would have appreciated being coloured that way!

You can find Door Mouse HERE, he is one of Dr Digi's mid range priced graphics so a complete bargain. Now I am off to search my collection of teapots for sleeping dormice, you never know what my cats will bring in!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend

Rescue Squad from Dr Digi

Am sure many of us need rescuing at Christmas, whether you have been stranded at the local station because the last bus just went, or run out of sprouts just before the big event, or realised that the eggnog will be more nog than egg (no I have no idea what I am talking about either), the rescue squad will be on their way. Granted they can't provide you with much more than a warm drink ( by warm I mean brandy warm of course not tea warm) and a lift on the back of Chief Rescue's skis but they are the 6th Emergency service after the RAC and the AA (for our American viewers the AA is the Automobile Association rather than anything to do with Alcofrolics)!

You can find the Rescue Squad HERE and I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy 2015.
